SAILOR 1911 MAKIE KOSEN KOSHITA BAMBOO LEAVES (2005)
SAILOR 1911 MAKIE KOSEN KOSHITA BAMBOO LEAVES (2005)
An older Togidashi Makie in form of Sailor 1911 Standard format decorated with bamboo leaves on the barrel & cap. Bamboo is a very strong plant. Because of its sturdy root structure, it is a symbol of prosperity in Japan. For years, people were told to run into the bamboo groves in the event of an earthquake, because the bamboo's strong root structure would hold the earth together. Simple and unadorned, the bamboo is also symbolic of purity and innocence. This pen is in mint condition without any scratches or wear marks, does not include original box & papers and will be shipped with replaced Sailor boxes.
