PELIKAN M400 OLDSTYLE BLACK GT FOUNTAIN PEN (1992)

Pelikan M400 initially released in 1982 following the success of its predecessor Pelikan 400 in the 1950's. The most distinctive parts is the plastic nib unit & stronger nib collar. M400 with plain black model were released in 1988 until 1997 and mark the birth of Pelikan Souveran M400 which had two decorative rings on the cap band & near the piston knob. Pen is in good condition, the nib are springy & wet writer with ability to do some line variation from M to B, and now already cleaned & greased to ensure the piston works perfectly. There is minor plating loss on the clip & cap band, therefore I will marked this pen grade as C, Excellent.
