Cross Townsend named for tribute to its founder son's named Alonzo Townsend, This pen is huge compared to other Cross fountain pen model such as Century, Solo & Century II. This pen was made in USA with 23K goldplated steel nib configuration, fitted with Cross proprietary converter, the finish is flawless like new but since there are company engravings on the cap, I would marked the pen grade as D (Very Good condition). The engraving on this pen is from Tier 1 French based insurance company founded in 1970's.
